Hadi Asgharpour’s artistic journey has been influenced by the convergence of science, technology, and art within his family. This background has instilled in him a profound appreciation for art’s beauty and transformative power on individuals and society. While studying to become a civil engineer, he began contemplating the profound impact of human activity on the natural world, sparking his passion for environmental issues.

Currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Practice at AHT, Hadi’s art explores environmental concerns such as pollution and animal welfare through various mediums, including installation, video art, and participatory projects. His primary objective is to utilize art to raise public awareness about pressing environmental and social challenges.

Had has created eco-friendly installations through his artistic practice using re-purposed materials and integrated interactive elements like servo motors, projection mapping, light, and movement. Additionally, he has leveraged his art to draw attention to issues like plastic pollution, overfishing, and social and animal welfare within his country.

Hadi aspires to merge his scientific and engineering background with art to create even more technically intricate and sophisticated works. His ultimate ambition is to contribute significantly to the dialogue on environmental concerns and inspire viewers to take proactive steps towards building a sustainable world.

By presenting environmental issues in innovative and compelling ways, Hadi seeks to captivate audiences and provoke deep reflections on the impact of individual actions on the global ecosystem. Through his art, he aims to mobilize people into action and encourage collective efforts for positive change.
